One of the most notable features of Enzfelder's lifting columns is the seamless positioning of heavy workpieces with the simple touch of a button. Integrated air cushions enable the easy relocation of loads, including the column itself, making it an ideal choice for industries requiring efficient and flexible material handling.

To ensure user safety, the system is equipped with specialized sensors to prevent accidents such as pinching or collisions during operation. Additionally, a quick-clamping system allows for 360-degree rotation of workpieces, significantly simplifying maintenance and assembly processes.

Enzfelder’s lifting columns are built to handle extreme loads, with the capability to synchronize the lifting of multiple columns to elevate hundreds of tons over four meters. These solutions provide unparalleled versatility, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in modern lifting technology​.

We are excited to announce the successful development, design, and production of a state-of-the-art 3-axis positioning system for a client overseas. This system is designed to support an impressive load capacity of 16 tons and offers remarkable positioning accuracy of just 0.3 mm.

The lifting system is specifically tailored for use in a test station for wind turbines and features a robust steel construction that withstands high vibrations. With a natural frequency exceeding 33 Hz, generated by an electric clamping system, it ensures maximum stability during testing.

Additionally, the system includes a comprehensive control unit equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen. It allows for various speeds and automated position control, providing flexible adaptation to the requirements of the test station.
